Delete your Adili account

You can delete your Adili account at any time, from the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your identity and your access. Financial records your organization must keep stay with the organization and no longer identify you.
1. Delete it in the app
- Staff: open More → Security & sessions → Delete account.
- Members: open Account → Delete account.
- We text a code to your phone to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
2. What is removed
- Your name, phone number, email address and photo.
- Your access to every organization and branch.
- All your ways of signing in, and your sessions on every device.
3. What your organization keeps
Loans, payments and approvals you handled stay on your organization's records, shown as "Deleted user", because the organization must keep its financial records.
For members: your savings, loans and membership are records of your SACCO or group. Deleting your account only removes your sign-in. To close your membership, contact your branch.
4. Without the app
Email support@adili.app from the email address or with the phone number on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm it is you before deleting it.
5. If you are an organization's last owner
If you are the only owner of an organization, make someone else owner, or delete the organization, before deleting your account.
