Onboard a Customer

Create the organization, add users with temporary passwords, and choose a plan or trial.

Workflow

    Create the organization

    Partner → Organizations → New organization. Choose the type (SACCOS, microfinance or VICOBA), the name and the head-office branch. The URL slug is suggested from the name. The organization is created straight away and later steps can be resumed from its page.

    Add users

    Each new user gets a temporary password shown only once. Copy it and hand it to the customer yourself; nothing is emailed. Their first sign-in makes them choose a new password. Someone who already has an Adili account keeps their own password.

    Choose a plan

    Pick the plan and add-ons, then create a payment link or pay on behalf, or start the free trial when one is offered. The last step has the sign-in address and every temporary password to copy.
