Commission and Payouts

Add a payout account, request a cashout, and download your monthly statement.

Workflow

    Payout account

    User menu → Payout accounts. Add a bank account, mobile money or Lipa Namba and make it the default. Without one you cannot request a cashout.

    Request a cashout

    Cashouts → Request cashout, up to your withdrawable balance. Shares taken as discounts show as settled and never count toward the wallet.

  3. 3

    Monthly statement

    Commissions shows what to expect in the next 30 days and a PDF statement for each month: earnings by customer, clawbacks and payouts.
