Open a savings cycle, fix the share price, and buy whole shares at each meeting.

Workflow

    Open the cycle

    One cycle is current (open or closing) at a time. Opening numbers it after the last, copies the constitution rules in, and fixes the share price. The whole organization follows the cycle's share price.

    Buy shares

    A purchase is a whole number of shares at the cycle's price, within the per-meeting band (a minimum and a maximum). It is recorded as a contribution to the member's shares account.

    The loan ceiling

    A member's loan ceiling is a multiple of their shares, drawn from the cycle's loan multiplier.
